In addition to his outstanding resume and knowledge of the game, Garrett also brings his proven Kinetic Pitching Program.  The KPP Program consists of working with Garrett Berger for 32 sessions.  Garrett and your player will meet once a week for 32 weeks for an hour each session.  Each session will include mental, physical, and throwing aspects of pitching.

Every player will be given weekly assignments of what they need to accomplish to become a better pitcher.  Work on their own is almost more important than the information that is provided.  These assignments will keep the player on track and provide accountability for the players to reach their full potential.
